Steemit Tips Part 1: How and where to promote your articles to get more upvotes? (English/German)

In this article I want to give you some suggestions for promoting your Steemit articles to get more Upvotes, because especially for new members it is hard to get attention at the beginning.

However there are some great opportunities to promote your articles for free and of course you should use the right Tags (categories/keywords), matching to your articles too. For example don´t use the Keyword "Steemit", if you article has nothing to do with Steemit, just only because it is a high visited categorie.

Promoting Tip 1: The Steemit-Chat!

You can find the Steemit-Chat at the right side here at Steemit, after clicking on the three dashes at the top right corner. Here you just to sign-up for the firt time and I suggest to use the same username, as you used on Steemit.

Then click on "More Channels" at the left site and join the following channels to promote your links of your articles:

Special-Channels:
https://steemit.chat/channel/100_votes_plus (Your article must have at least 100 Votes)
https://steemit.chat/channel/50_votes_plus (Your article must have at least 50 Votes)

Promoting Tip 2: Steemit Support Facebook-Groups!

At facebook you can find many groups where you can promote your articles too.

Here is my list of facebook-groups, where you can share the links of your articles:

Don´t forget the golden Social-Media rule "Taking and Giving" and upvote the articles other people share in the groups too!

In diesem Artikel möchte ich euch ein paar Empfehlungen geben wie ihr eure Steemit-Artikel teilen könnt, um mehr Upvotes zu bekommen, da es ja gerade für neue Mitglieder sehr schwer ist am Anfang Aufmerksamkeit zu bekommen.

Wie auch immer, es gibt ein paat großartige Möglichkeiten eure Artikel kostenlos zu bewerben und natürlich sollte man auch die richtigen Tags (Kategorien/Schlüsselwörter) benutzen, die zu euren Artikeln passen. Benutze zum Beispiel nicht die Kategorie "Steemit", wenn dein Artikel nichts mit Steemit zu tun hat, nur weil es eine sehr viel besuchte Kategorie ist.

Werbe-Tipp 1: Der Steemit-Chat!

Du findest den Steemit-Chat, nachdem du auf die drei Striche oben rechts geklickt hast. Hier musst du dich einfach zum ersten Mal kostenlos registrieren und ich empfehle den selben Usernamen zu benutzen, wie auf Steemit.

Dann klicke auf "Mehr Kanäle" auf der linken Seite und betrete die folgenden Kanäle um deine Links von deinen Artikeln zu bewerben:

Auf Facebook findest du auch viele Gruppen wo du deine Artikel bewerben kannst.

This is a great list of resources, thanks Future! I am currently in about 8 FB groups but will add more. Just joined chat as well.. man looks like clicking and posting in all of these could take quite awhile tho... anybody have any input as to whether it's paying off for the time invested?
I'm 4 days late to this post I realize so no worries if I don't get much response :P
