Why is your upvote worth so little?
Hello fellow Steemians!
That would be down to two things, you vote wat too much or your Steem power is relatively low. The weight of your Steem vote is calculated by the amount of SP (Steem power) you possess on your account.
You can use this calculator to see how much weight a vote carries in relation to the amount of Steem Power and voting power in possession (see image below).
Basically If you want your upvote to carry more weight and be worth anything more than fractions of a cent, you might want to consider amassing SP and not just withdrawing your gains. Higher SP = higher vote weight
Another reason for your upvote not being worth much could be due to you upvoting everything in sight. Upvoting content lowers your voting power, a lower voting power means less weight in your vote. Don’t worry though, your voting power should come back up to 100% over the course of 24h.
