Based on all this we should take "subtle" but tactful measures when sending bulk memos.

The truth is that sending bulk memos to people who do not engage back = very expensive process. So at the end it's only worth to send them to those who know us already and will most likely react.

I think we could go a step further if we include the use of social networks for promotion. I think Twitter and Discord could work.

Blah. I'm on Steemit because I like that it's decentralized and it's on blockchain. Twitter and discord represents everything I dont like :)
