La Primavera e la Felicità!
Il 21 Marzo è il giorno in cui la Primavera inizia il suo ciclo naturale. Psicologicamente è un giorno che ha una grabde influenza sul mio corpo e sulla mia mente perchè noto un cambiamento sostanziale. Il sol pensiero che le ore di sole diventano sempre più numerose, che la temperatura diventa sempre più mite, i colori sempre più accesi ed i profumi sempre più intensi... influenzano in modo esponenziale il mio buonumore.

E' scientificamente provato e dimostrato come il sole abbia un effetto benefico sulla felicità delle persone in quanto stimola l'ipofisi e l'ipotalamo (parti del nostro cervello) a rilasciare alcuni importanti ormoni: la dopamina, responsabile del piacere, e la serotonina, considerato l’ormone del benessere e regola anche il nostro umore, sonno, appetito.
E' innegabile, quindi, che la Primavera abbia effetti positivi sul nostro corpo e sulla nostra mente. Il pronunciare soltanto questa parola mette già un buon umore. Si sa che la Primavera è l'anticamera dell'estate, il culmine della felicità, in quanto sinonimo di sole, mare e vacanze!

Ciò che adoro fare in primavera è sedermi sulla poltroncina della mia veranda di casa, mettere le cuffie con un sottofondo di musica classica, per lo più colonne sonore dei film, e leggermi un bel libro o qualche fumetto. E' la cosa che più mi rende felice! Inoltre mi dedico alle mie pante grassottelle e conto d'integrare altre pianticelle entro questa primavera!
La Primavera è anche sinonimo di "anteprima prova costume" e non a a caso vi è un aumento esponenziale di atleti in questo periodo (ehm io sono tra questi). Che dire! Buona Primavera a tutti voi Steemiani!
