Part 2 - Independent Journalists

@caitlinjohnstone
Self-described “Rogue journalist, Bogan socialist, Anarcho-psychonaut, Guerilla poet and Utopia prepper“, Australian independent journalist Caitlin Johnstone writes must read articles that correct the distorted and dishonest mainstream narrative. Her combative style often leads to online battles against corrupt and inept establishment media sycophants.

@clairebernish
Claire Bernish is an activist and journalist who focuses on government and corporate corruption, freedom of speech, censorship, law enforcement accountability, and human rights. Her work can be seen on thefreeTheFreeThoughtProject.com @tftproject, theAntiMedia.org @antimedia, and other multiple outlets.

@eleanorgoldfield
Co-founder of hard rock/alternative metal band Rooftop Revolutionaries, Eleanor Goldfield is the driving force behind artkillingapathy.com and host of the hard hitting Act Out! series for occupy.com

@hagoodman
H. A. Goodman is an author, columnist and journalist, and has been published in Salon.com, The Hill, The Baltimore Sun, The Jerusalem Post, The Chicago Tribune and various other publications. He studied International Relations at USC and worked for a brief stint at the U.S. Department of State's Foreign Service Institute.

@markhodge
Australian freelance writer and square peg in a round hole Mark Hodgetts covers a range of local and international topics. From geopolitics and sport, to highlighting the lack of integrity and courage (not to mention blatant hypocrisy) of the Australian press.

@suzi3d
Awoken by the Occupy movement in New Zealand, Suzie Dawson became a prominent activist and citizen journalist. This resulted in her becoming a victim of intimidation and threats from the Five Eyes surveillance state. Fleeing to exile in Berlin did not end the harassment, which led Suzi to seek asylum in Russia. A prolific writing force, Suzi has recently completed the in-depth “Being Julian Assange” series, whilst still finding time to head The Internet Party of NZ.

Part 3 - Political Comedy Shows

Redacted Tonight
@leecamp
Stand-up comedian and host of Redacted Tonight, Lee Camp is described as the John Oliver of RT America. This is an unfair comparison. He is so much more, and everything Oliver, Colbert, Noah and their ilk should be. He’ll make you laugh and shake your head in anger and frustration all at the same time. Follow him on Steemit for episodes of Redacted Tonight, as well as exclusive content and banter. And remember, keep fighting !

The Jimmy Dore Show
@thejimmydoreshow
Featuring professional stand up comedian, author, and podcaster Jimmy Dore, the show breaks the left right paradigm, fearlessly taking on both sides of politics and the corporate media. It is The antidote to the mainstream noise makers and offers an irreverent take on news, politics, and culture.

If you find this dogalogue useful, please resteem far and wide.

Suggested additions, corrections and changes are very welcome. Would also be great to see some idea for the image used for each part

Thanks for the suggestions. There quite a few there that I didn't have on the list. The fun part is trying to fit them into categories. Dammit, you're giving me more work to do ! :D Hey, and what's with slipping me onto the end of the list there. Sneaky !!

Ahhhhh, love the monarchy! Wish James would get his ass on Steemit! Actually, I just wish he'd finish his damn move, get back on the air! Are you on the MM discord?

The two James' are my absolute favourites...What a combination they are. He has a steemit account but he doesn't use it @mediamonarchy. I am on discord, but not sure what MM is lol?

Oh, sorry about the shorthand MM = Media Monarchy . I just recently got onto the MM discord, was actually chatting with James last night. There are some good peeps in there :)

All good and thanks Daniel...just joined the channel:)

Added. Just have to figure what category
