My experience was they thought I was a bot.
With a single blow I was down to (-6) .
I wonder how other will shares their experiences here.

I came back late from a feel good after some volunteer work to
a feel depress with (-5) after first check on the waking hour.

soon after this, it went to (4) and a hour or so later (5).
4 to 5 hours of roller coaster in my morning.
