It's definitely a good idea to post things about these sites in intervals, I didn't know about this one until I was here for two months! So good on you looking out for the new guys :)
I have been very lax. I am a bad Minnow. I posted so much #Steemit101 content and resources like this in my earlier days when I found it -- I built a library sort of - on that # alone and some other stuff.
I keep forgetting to post these things and it has been NAGGING at me knowing I need to get back to doing it.
I must have 20 posts up with Steemit resources like this to help people.
Part of me knows the older users - older than me even -- will see this stuff and be like - meh -- don't need it...or meh--- he posted that 3 mths ago.....
but the regular Blue Collar Barry inside me keeps thinking of all the people leaving and who have left..... and the tons of new people that visit or join here daily..... and weekly who NEED THIS STUFF.
I had always hoped my #Steemit101 tag would take off but nope. My hope it would create a quickly searchable tag database was --- well, just that -- a hope

You should definitely repost or repurpose some old type of steemit101 stuff, I just wrote a post on my experience as a new steemit user, and I find alot of people are asking for a "for dummies" type of thing involving cryptocurrency and bitcoin in general ... I like the 101 thing too ....

Yeah, that's a great resource... and lists like that definitely are good pointer in terms of "who to read." It's good to have a lot of information like this available to new arrivals... when I first got here, I was pretty much "fumbling around in the dark."

I take it those post counts are not the "7 day" total but the total for the account? I ask because isn't there a penalty for posting more than four articles per 24 hour period?
That 4 post limit was set to be removed as of today with the hardfork release on the platform.
I have only ever posted more than 4/day twice.
Most of the time for me it has been twice a day, except for the last 2 mths, when I became a little more efficient on here

You're still doing well! I feel like I come up with writers' block sometimes and I have no idea what to write about. I think instead of stressing about it. I'm going to start commenting on others work more often.
Pick 3 things you know the most about, or care about, and write on those until you develop some other habits or interests.... I think it will come naturally over time. It may take a month or 2.
