It's not open source! (uh, yeah it is.)
Steem is not forkable, so that means not really open source since we can’t do anything with the source.
There are disproportional payouts.
I bought Steem when it was $5, now it's $2.5. Scammed!
There is some evidence of this being a valid criticism.
Interesting points, I didn't know about the restrictions on the open source code.
