Why Hitbtc overvalue SBD?

Look at the current SBD value at coinmarketcap
SBD was over valued at hitbtc
Without no reason to be valued at that so high!
Who manipulated it?

The current selling and buying orders reach 0.005btc each!
Yet nobody can deposit sbd on that exchamger!
