Is Steemit Decentralized? I have a deep question and clarification I hope to be make surrounding difference between decentralized steem crypto currency and very much centralized steemit.com website and Future of Steemit Optics (viaChainBB)

we will continue to impress more and more reddit power users, their "followers" will follow them here to steemit in massive subreddit Exoduses when SubReddit mods start to ask for money from Reddits corporate offices, they will respond wil "firing" their un paid "workers" and attempting to ba, delete, or "archive" popular subreddits to the point that they will simply be google searching for a popular CENSORSHIP FREE DECENTRALIZED platform and ONLY steemit will show up!

We have a PERFECt track record when it comes to censorship! Some people complain that "whales" covered up the "pizzagate" posts which is not true theres plenty of popular pizzagate posts here on steemit, and IF a whale "flags" a post it is not super influential like when they Upvote! And no one who can take the ability of a user to make money off their post here! AND if you DONT like how much influence a whale might have, you just have to spend the money and get the steempower to become a whale yourself!

We have rules and if you dont like it, change them! It costs money but tere is NO other barrier to entry! ANYONE can join steemit and become a whale, OR just find someone whose already on steemit and power THEM up and have THEM do your bidding! Anyone would be willing to do that! And noone can take away a steemit account!

And if you WANTED to you could make your own steemit account without the developers permissions! youre just not smart enough!

I will admit it is suspicious that you ahve to "apply" for an account here on steemit.....I believe anyone even an ISIS terrorist or a pedophile should be able to openly join and have an ISIS or pedo account name and everything WITHOUT anyones permissions IF THIS TRULY WAS a decentralized platform.......the same way anyone can open a bitcoin wallet....how does that work? I have heard from steemit devs tat eventually anyone will be able to join steemit......but then I got educated!

QUESTION: IS there actually any "application" process review OR is it just some way to ensure people dont sign up multiple accounts to abuse the system? You devs arent acually doing background checks on us or anything right? lol Anyone actually can join steemit the waiting list is just to do wth the rewards pool and giving everyone a little bit of free steepower to star with, right?

Like 4chan for example is more open thats temit where anyone can create an anonymous post, at anytime, without having to apply for an account

will steemit have something like this? where we can just opt for an anonymous steemit account that declines steem paouy but allows anonymous posting or commenting?

again i apologize if I am wrong in my assessment that its is not truley decentralized if there is any barrier to entry at all, especial like we have now with what seems to be an "application process" to join..

i LOVE this system i ALWAYS defend it and find myself defending it against youtube naysayers EVERYDAY now and I will KEEP defending it EVEN if the price of steem drops to a PENNY I would still be happy! I think thats why steemit will remain so successful the fact of how many people share that sentiment with me

I just found this article which explains the difference between steem and the steemit.com website and how one is decentralized the other is very much centralized and incorporated iin the United States, and how as steempower holders we are only STAKEholders and only actual stock holders have any real STOCK in steemit.com....Dan and the developers working for him, they are the very top of the steemit.com pyramid, but other platforms can use steem! And I am using one right now with ChainBB!

But Can someone explain like Im five the difference between a steemit.com "account" with its included steem wallet, SBD wallet and steempower wallet? account? And then is this ChainBB something on the same level as steemit.com? Will chainBB allow users to sign up directly with chainBB and be given a user account they can login to steemit.com ?

I want to continue believing this really is decentralized, and that we just happen to all be living on a privatized centralized city in orbit around the deenralized sun, right we are free to fly into the sun if we want and never make a dime, but having us all congregate on steemit.com makes sense because we already are using steem, we might as well stick to the platform made by its creators right?

It would be if Bitcoin.com offered Bitcoin Wallets like in a web browser form and did everything for you in a very user friendly way, and if they also offered a social media experience that allowed you to send people bitcoin that was mined, right?

And I would like to take this time to explain to some people whop may be confused, HOW steemit MAKES money for our posts! I believe I can make this make sene if you already are familiar with Bitcoin and Bitcoin mining....And how you basically need electricity and computers to generate bitcoins, that ts not just free and that it does require you to put alot of energy into this equation to get bitcoins out! SO anyway this is my way of explaining how steemit makes money!

The "Money" for steemit comes from new steem Mined, and steemit gets some of its users to Buy nice new fast computers or let them use their existing fast gaming computers to run a Steemit Wiitness Node and Mine steem for the Reward Pool which is split up and given to all the people who get all the most upvotes from people with the most steempower!

The witnesses or people who run steemit nodes, They end up mining steem, which they do get a cut of, but this person COULD just use their machine to mine bitcoin or even steem ALL for themselves, and NOT provide it to our steemit,com rewards pool! But because it really doesn't cost anything for people who already run computers or servers at home, steemit has been able to get a great big network of Miners, so just imagine if Bitcoin had a website where it got thousands of users to mine bitcoin for it, an instead of keeping it it pooled all the bitcoin together, and then ran a lottery giving it out at random to these people, who all dont even notice the extra CPU power their computer is using!

So it seems free to all these people! This is basically Minergate philosophy! Just get people to install Altcoin mining app or program on all their windows mac linux and android smartphones and tablets and get every last Hash out of every last device laying around and when you combine all those devices connected to minergate, you end up with many thousands of terahash and their 1 percent fee for maintenance and running the pool, which users also dont even notice, ends up being enough to really continue running the whole system!

I can see a glorious future where the Steemit Devs will only have to post their work and progress theyve made and the whole COMMUNITY will support them! I already see this happeneing! for example when @sirwinchester posts a mockup for a steemit smartwatch app he gets hundreds now thousands of dollars in steem just for the one post with its clean and professional smartwatch app mockup!

or when Jesta posts about how he just released beta.chainBB.com for any steemit users to immediately begin using, his post skyrocketed to hundreds then thousands of dollars in steem! Steem he can use to make steemit and chainBB his fulltime job! I know I cant wait until I am making enough to pay my bills so i can dedicate even MORE time to chainBB an steemit and ill be able to ORGANIZE my thoughts down into more condensed valuable posts, ill create things we need, and PAY people who can do a better job than me!

I have little experience with code and programming and i would definitely use money I make here to pay someone who can do all this javascript and browser based code to create the things I am looking for with steemit like a way for us to have a real time troll box style chatbox on the front page, with games like Pong playable between two steemit accounts that can actually put steem up using the game as escrow , like a way to play for keeps using steem! Or even card games ! Imagine, if we just had all the games from Excite.com here on steemit but playable with ooru steemit accounts, where the points all related to steem, where to play for steem u enter a room where you send the game account the steem, and you play for it, if ou loose you dont get your steem back, if you win you get the steem back plus the losers steem! We will have steemit users trying to use non liquid steempower as collateral "hey man I just need a week for my first power down and I can pay you man! " hahaha I can see it now!

I just know we will grow as big as bitcoin with our MOST user friendly system! we are WAY easier to use than even coinbase!

This brings me to a SECOND QUESTION:
If Steemit.com is own is it possible to still spend our steem wallets?
