This time I made a simple, yet super delicious & beautiful dessert. Even I was surprised how yummy it was. I believe this would be a perfect addition to your Thanksgiving Dinner.

PEAR MILLE FEUILLE
Pear Mille Feuille with Caramelized Maple Syrup & Roasted Pecans
Vegan โ€“ Gluten Free โ€“ Refined Sugar Free

INGREDIENTS
โ€ข Pear 1 ( use Bartlett)
โ€ข Maple Syrup 1/4 cup
โ€ข Lemon juice 1tsp
โ€ข Pecans ยผ cup
โ€ข Pumpkin Spice ยฝ tsp
โ€ข Himalayan pink salt pinch

PECANS โ€“ PROCESS
โ€ข Place the pecans in a hot frying pan and roast them for 1 or 2 min.
โ€ข When ready, set them aside to cool down for a few minutes.
โ€ข In a food processor, grind them by pressing the pulse button.
โ€ข Make sure they remain chunky.

PROCESS โ€“ MAPLE SYRUP CARAMEL
โ€ข Slice your pear evenly into thin slices as shown in a photo.
โ€ข Remove the bottom part.
โ€ข Blend the Maple syrup with lemon, pumpkin spice and salt.
โ€ข Heat up the frying pan and pour the mixture in the middle.
โ€ข Bring to a boil then turn down the heat very low.
โ€ข Dip each slice on both sides starting with the first one.
โ€ข After you dip the first one, place it on a flat surface (can be plate or tray).
โ€ข Sprinkle each slice with crushed pecans before you adding another slice.
โ€ข Repeat until you have your pear completed.
โ€ข Scoop the caramelized mixture into a sauce pitcher.
โ€ข Pour mixture in the middle of a plate.
โ€ข Sprinkle with crashed pecans and place the pear very carefully in the middle by using a spatula.
โ€ข Garnish with a few whole pecans and edible flowers such as orchids or other flowers of your choice.
