The tag is still being abused by many people, especially by the Philippines community. I believe this has a lot to do with @surpassinggoogle's recruitment initiative, and the @steem-untalented contest. People are seeing Terry write about the tag, and are using it to fish for upvotes, but that's just my opinion. The sheer volume of tag spam only makes collection posts like this even more valuable, though that too, is an opinion, and a biased one at that.
Enough of the rambling though. You came here to read about freelancers and the services they're offering, so let's get to it!

I want to thank you for manually cleaning the tag! Things can get crazy out there, and most of us {at least some of us} really do want to do the right thing ;p
That means a lot to me. I've come up against some serious backlash for trying to keep the tag on topic.
Well, I'm sure you know this, but what good is the tag if you can't find anything useful searching it.
I for one was a bit confused [read: lazy] about how to properly tag @surpassinggoogle's contest entries, I have to imagine many of the Philippines community is similar, especially considering the general lack of organization around tags on steem.
