SteemAlert for Telegram Updates (Mention) - 16th Jan 2018
Mention notification
I just added a mention notification feature on SteemAlert.
Now, if you set up username by /user (steemit ID) command on SteemAlert, you will get notifications when:
- someone comments on your posts
- someone votes on your posts or comments
- someone mentioned you on their posts or comments (new)
No further configuration required for this update if you've already set up your username on the bot.

just tried out your bot and i've noticed that the notifications arrive with a delay it might be because you're fetching the
last_irreversible_blockwhich is delayed by almost a minute. i advise you to fetch thehead_blockinstead so your notifications will be near instant.also a question: how do i deactivate notifications? i've tried the
/cancel_monitor userNamecommand but it appears to deactivate other than main account.keep up with good work:)

I'm currently using the
head_blockso I normally get the notifications within few seconds. I guess it was some server issue before.So do you want to deactivate your account notification temporarily?
/cancel_monitorcommand is for canceling notifications of other users' posts.If you want to deactivate all notifications including yours, you can use "block" or "mute for a while" feature on Telegram.
