How to know a changed life

I bring greetings to you all in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ.

In my last post - Our testimony as a tool for witnessing Christ, I discussed how we can use our testimony of changed lives to witness to others about Christ.
Today I want to discuss how we can know that our lives have truly changed.

A life that has truly changed will show in truthfulness, and integrity in interaction. If your life has been changed, it will show in your speech and how you interact with people. Everywhere you go, either your work place, market, community etc, people will it and say you are truly a changed person.

A changed life cannot live in secret. If your life is changed, it will affect how you live with your wife, husband, neighbors, colleagues, business partners, and so on. How you relate with people is a witness to them. For example, it will be difficult to preach to someone who you so not relate well with.

Jesus has called us to be his witnesses. He has called us to tell the world about His goodness. The question is, what kind of witness are you for Christ? Jesus has not called us to be marketers or lawyers. He has called us to witness to people and show them how our lives changed.

Remember the great commission:

Matthew 28:19-20 (NIV)
19 Therefore go and make disciples of all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,
20 and teaching them to obey everything I have commanded you. And surely I am with you always, to the very end of the age.”
