So many will ask is it good to have a boyfriend?
Am not saying its bad or good either?
What is the meaning of a boyfriend as defined in the dictionary....A male partner in a romantic relationship, so before getting into a relationship, what's your basis? Your foundation? Why go into it when you can't control your self's ?
You do not go to the market without defining what and what you want....You define what you want and then proceed to go to the market. right!! So many of us do not define our relationships ?

Why do you need a girl to what console you or what ? Why do girls need a guy when she knows that in 10 years to come you won't marry, we are made priceless , we are not sampled , we are the Children of light ...Yes you might like a brother but wait ma and ask yourself this questions ...
Am I ready to marry?
Do I see a future with Him?
Has He defined His purpose?
Can He take care of me, without Him relying on His parents money?
Does He has intimacy with God?
Does He has the fear of God?
Can He always advice me to keep my relationship with God?
Do I love Him?

All this questions must be answered b4 going into a relationship, If this questions can't be answered just stay with the Holy spirit in the secret place, so that He can complete you and refine you.
Before going into a relationship with any man or woman ensure that God is interested on your love life also, not just you spiritual growth...who you do love, who you care for!
As a Christian is it bad to love a brother in Christ?
To me I see nothing wrong being in love with a brother who fears God, as human we may have defined all this carnal, but in a normal sense its not, we must love , we have emotions
Remember this 3 things makes us a person
Emotions
Knowledge
Will
So loving a brother has nothing to do with carnal but thinking of things that profit the flesh has something to do with carnal minded,
[Eg Kissing , sex before marriage] So in all things do it to honour God... God is interested in your love life, relationship, not just your spiritual life, If you can tell Him about that brother you love, He will definitely guide you.
He is ready to help , why not just ask for help , than being carnal by thinking of things that profit the flesh instead of the spirit ..We all admire, yes!! which is okay but thinking not like christ is wrong ...
So think like Christ not like the world ...

This is where the Great SirKnight, and others of faith tend to disagree. I believe that God would like every man and woman to find their perfect partner - and reproduce and raise healthy, happy and religious children.
For some the perfect partner might be discovered through a roll in the haystack. For others it may be through courtship, or arranged married etc. I do not for a second believe that our God would seek to punish young lovers for enjoying the pleasures of the flesh. At the same time I do not believe he ever sought to dictate mating rituals. I think we have some terrific guidelines to work with and I believe that if left to discover love with an intelligent and mature outlook on life - most will achieve success in their journey.

Getting married to a God-fearing person is a blessing! Thank you for your post you will help many young people!
The way the world has gone has made so bad that a man will be living with a woman she is not yet married to and this is not what God mearnt as a good marriage.
At the begining God created man and woman together as husband and wife , that is the baseline of where all marriages wheree laid. When you take part in premarrital sex you are definatelly going against the savoiur.
Boyfriend or girlfriend isn't God's style.....
