He has revealed himself as the giver of dreams, and always chooses someone to fulfill his purpose here on earth. The price I had to pay has not been easy, but until today I do not regret it, it was the way I knew God.

About José's tunic I understood that although for many it does not make sense it is something that contains a great teaching. Many years ago the Lord told me:

Joseph's robe along the different stages of his life, may be one of the keys to understanding the processes that God allows us to go through time in ours ... These outfits that he had to use on his way to reach fulfill God's purpose in your life; They show us the stage of living a person who has a divine purpose. In the case of Joseph, we see the prodigious hand of God working meticulously until he becomes a slave of a King.

This message is for those who like Joseph have a ministerial dream, a call to the extraordinary; a divine experience that makes them feel that they are different from the needs of others ... It is for those who have the absolute certainty that they have been called by God to live and serve him in a different way.

The tunic of spoiled son.

Call Time:

In Genesis chapter 30 Joseph was number 11 of 12 brothers, his father was Jacob and his mother Rachel his father's favorite and after all an interesting story of procreation between his aunts, maids, a heterogeneous, strange family is formed, but special.

In Genesis chapter 37 Joseph has two dreams both from God, however, as we all know, the two most common dream processes are to get excited and count them; and it was precisely what Joseph did. Unaware of the consequences of that: envy, jealousy, incomprehension, persecution.

In the Christian ministry, the first stage is when we receive that call from God, that extraordinary experience and we run to count them ... And possibly it happens the same as José, nor does your pastor believe you, much less those around you, rather it seems that the party was spoiled from the moment it occurred to talk about your dreams or your call.

Dreams are torn apart ...

Then deceive his father saying that Joseph had been devoured by some wild beast.

How much of us are seeing that moment of being put aside by being ignored by our leaders, just because we have dreams, and that is how the tunic of a spoiled son is stained ...

But the ministry is brave, it is for strong people, who believe, who wait, who walk not for the brothers, for the applause, but for the call.

Joseph was whole but possibly inadvertently committed the holy sin of presumption, of being called by God, studying in the seminary, being the favorite of the Pastor, and giving the best message preached that month ... involuntary consequence of the call, which unleashes a chains of events not so wonderful, but necessary for the process of God ...

The betrayal of faith

This is the time in which you think again about the wounds, the things that hurt us, the preaching without offerings, the persecuting the shepherds to get a date ... The offer to pay the expenses and travel expenses if necessary ... José started using crickets and chains that broke his skin ... is the time in which we suffer unjust abuse.

It is the time of contradictory sensations; dreams of greatness confronted with a miserable reality ... Perhaps you dream of preaching to crowds while you face the solitude of 5 members or less.

Some do not survive the robes of slaves, but those men of God who endure and remain faithful to those who called them, God rewards them.

The third tunic represents that stage of formation, Joseph arrived as a boy but with a servant spirit; In the house of Potiphar he learned how to do his work with excellence. That is the key to ministerial success.

Do things with excellence always. Do not look at the number of people, or the size of the offering, or the popularity, or the applause, the flattery; always look at the one who calls you, since that call makes you excellent and you must always give excellence.

In the house of Potiphar Joseph had everything, the Bible does not say how long it was; but it was the best time of those who until that date had lived. In the ministry there are times of stability and grace; where everything goes well, you open your mouth and things happen.

But when that happens, it's time to change your tunic. To move to another level ...

In the process of God there are events that although they seem incomprehensible, they will always have a firm purpose of God in our life.

What moves you away from the vision of God. What makes you look beyond your nose, comfort, easy, peeled potato; always be ministerial children and always play the one maintained by the church. Zero challenges, no inventions of faith, just as I am fine.

When you feel that nothing is happening in the ministry, that you are preaching the same thing, that the group you have around you does not ask for more, that you are the most prepared in your group, that circumstances do not require greater efforts, and that everything is easy ... You have as Joseph runs, you are about to commit the greatest sin ministerially CONFORMING. And if you do, you will die.

The prize for fidelity of the call is the Prison.

The time of total surrender to God.

Maybe José said, how terrible: I did everything right, and things went wrong ... They were dark, silent days for José; full of uncertainties, but a time of surrendering to God in all that was, had.

In the ministry, the challenges, the growth of the vision, the divine changes in the projects bring us hard and difficult days, situations in which it seems that we did everything right and went wrong; what is it that makes the difference, BELIEVE IN THE CALL. The call, is at this time the only thing that sustains us; it is the passion of the call, the fire of having had a dream and wishing to concretize it.

When you want to change and expand the vision, to begin your biggest challenge, is when they throw you in jail, even when you are innocent you are guilty, why? YOU ARE CALLED AND YOU ARE BEING PROCESSED.

You have to understand that it is not the situation, it is what you do in the middle of the process, what is important, it is not a chapter of your life that is decisive is the whole story ... It is not a block it is the wall that is built with it, it is not a chord simply but the melody of your life becomes a song with divine and eternal purpose.

The most interesting thing is to learn to wait on God; That tunic represents that moment in the minister's life, in which he must learn to wait. Your time will come, and you must be prepared tomorrow or soon. Who knows if within a long time ... you must give testimony in the middle of the circumstances.

And get ready you will have to pray for sick people ... for prosperity and God will prosper them and you will have nothing, you will have to smile when you really want to cry ... But get ready God will surprise you. And when you least think about it a day of darkness, the door to your cell will open.

And they will take you to give you the largest of the robes.

The call of God is a process, not an event.

The Joseph who was before Pharaoh was a mature man, determined, strong, different, experienced, but holy in all ... He was not the spoiled and playful child, who knew nothing about the ministry, or the cute child pursued by the sisters of the congregation
