The Old Testament introduces us to Sarah as beautiful and barren; The New, as chosen and free. It is vital that you move from the old to the new thought because, when you focus on the contrast between the beautiful and the barren of your life, you make certain mistakes that you have to fix, so as not to waste time and strength, and so that the promise is fulfilled.

One of the mistakes you make is losing perspective that internal transformation is more important than the external wear you are going through. When you are aware of good and evil, you are aware of what is happening outside, what you have not achieved, what you do not have; Without realizing that the most important thing is that, in the middle of the process, God is strengthening your life, doing something within you. Paul said that the slight tribulation produces in you a greater weight of glory, that although your outer man is spent, the inner one is rejuvenating. And that is what you have to learn to see. There are things that take a little time, but focus on what is going on inside you, because that is more important. If you do not understand this, you will think that what God promised you is going to be quick and easy, without problems; But it's not like that. When God promises you something, problems will come, difficulties, but as you grow inside, you grow stronger, mature, no matter what happens, the promise is fulfilled.

The second mistake is to think that the promise was not fulfilled because it is not happening as you thought. When you look at the beautiful and the ugly, you become paralyzed because you think that the only way God gives you the miracle is in such a specific way. You have a job but you are bankrupt and you want a house, and you think you cannot have it because the only way God can give it to you is for the bank to approve the loan. But who said that is the only way God can give you a house? You are focused on getting out of bankruptcy and cleaning your credit, and you lose time and strength; All for thinking that there is only one way. You are limiting yourself to your ideas, but there is another way that God is going to do it.

Third, we think there is no true future destination for our lives. The promises that God has given you are greater than your life. Your eyes are not going to see everything; The promise of God is so great that it exceeds your times. God will show you a little, and it will give you the pleasure of enjoying it, but it is your generations that will enjoy what will happen. There is destiny and future, not only for you, but for your generations.

You don't know how God is going to do it, but He is going to do it; And the promise that He gave you transcends your generations. If you keep thinking about that contrast and get frustrated, you lose sight of the fact that God has a greater purpose than you. God will use you, and his promise will transcend your generations, but the name that has to be perpetuated is that of Christ. As long as you think there is no purpose for your life, you will lose time and strength.

Maybe you think you're capable, but you've never had a chance; But it's not like that; Ecclesiastes says that time and opportunity happen to everyone. Opportunities have you had; The problem is that you are seeing the beautiful and the ugly, and you lose sight of the opportunity because you do not understand that you are blessed and free. You are free and you have to think like free people.

Sarah had to understand these things in order to have faith and for the promise to be released. She had to get out of the mental, emotional contrast, and see how God saw her; She was getting older, but she was still the one. You are not getting younger, but the chosen one is you. You are chosen and free; Free from past frustrations and contrasts, you no longer look at your life as others see it. Others have made fun of you, have rejoiced in what has happened to you; But they see the beautiful and the ugly, and you see what it is; And what it is, is one thing: That God has said that you are chosen, blessed, free. Walk in freedom.

When you get into that dimension, you have to move to the level that unleashed Sarah's faith. Hebrews 11:11 says that Sarah believed that it was faithful who promised her. Who promised Sarah a son? Abraham, or God? The promise was also for Sarah; She appropriated the promise. She said: God spoke to me, and God will fulfill me. When God gives you a promise, you have to believe that God was the one who promised, because if He was the one who promised, it is He who will keep it, so your hope is not a false hope.

It is no one else who tells you to believe that you and your house will serve God; It is God who tells you. It is not that you believe what these messages say; Believe what the Word says; Believe the One who said it; He will comply. Your future is assured because the one who promised is faithful.

Stop living because of your feelings and reasoning. Live by what God has said. He said that you are chosen, blessed, that you are capable. That is the voice that you have to hear, the one that will take you to the right place for your life.
