God's faithfulness is true and has been demonstrated many times. In the Holy Scriptures we can see that God is faithful and that His Word is true. Hebrews 6:18 says that God cannot lie, nor can he break an unconditional promise that he says he will fulfill. Every pact he makes is maintained. Every promise or prophecy has been fulfilled or will be fulfilled. Throughout the Bible we certainly find testimony after testimony of God's faithfulness and still today we find it in the testimonies of people.
