Hi steemians! We are glad to announce a new created wiki article about one subject that can help new users understand some issues they maybe are facing. The wiki page was created by @crokkon and then updated with links and formatting additions. Check it when you wish:

We also had many other pages created and updated, you can check that just clicking in the Recent Changes list.

Along @crokkon timely and useful contribution, all available info are results from the hard work from 9 returning collaborators - @axorve, @crokkon, @develcuy, @gazetagaleguia, @igalapagos, @stella87s, @themarkymark, @vitkolesnik, @wagnertamanaha - and two first time participants: @jga and @fboccassi. The user Albert Jr also made wiki editions but we still didn't find his Steemit username, to join the group of participants just include it in the Steem.center profile. As suggested in the rules improvements proposal, this year we tried to start upvoting all participant's posts with a voting power of 50%, but due to technical problems on @steemvoter this feature is temporarily down. Welcome and thank you very much again!

The collaborator @igalapagos created a wiki page in portuguese (Steembay (pt)) that now is a stub for a future english wiki article (Steembay). His wiki debut was in our Volunteer Month in December but now he is entitled to receive a share of a part of STEEM collected here in January.

We also have many 3 user registrations: @pampermenetwork, @karencarrens and Hepzibah FJ Waddlow. We hope you could start collaborating to join the group with the rights to receive STEEM rewards after creating, translating or updating pages in the wiki.

Project's Balance

At this time our wallet has 103.313 STEEM, according our 2018 updated rules, the amount of 60% of all STEEM collected in January - 61.987 STEEM - would be shared among this month's participants (the 12 above, until now). Check our project's rules and join us if you like. Or just upvote and resteem this post to increase the collected amount as an incentive to new participants.

You can find some proposals to start new pages in Articles for Creation and use the sandbox page to test and play wiki editions for free. We suggested some loosely guidelines and if you need just ask for a personal response in Steemit.chat #wiki channel.
