Dear travelers,
I love the sea and swimming or practicing Taiji on the beach is my favorite way to start the day. I like the old buildings, the small streets of the Gothic Quarter and the magical corners loaded with more than 4000 years of history.
I thoroughly enjoy the variety of meals offered in this city, from the traditional and rythmical menu to the most elaborate dishes all washed down by a wide variety of wines. The city spans culture on all four sides, from Dalí, Gaudí and Miró to Sónar and Primavera Sound Festivals , going through all the multidisciplinary underground becoming one of the most visited cities in Spain.
If you plan to travel to sunny Barcelona, I have a room for you!
My house is in La Barceloneta, a few meters from the buses 45 59 N8 and D20 and 10 min from the metro stop Barceloneta L4. It is a single room on a comfortable and spacious floor with kitchen, bathroom, living room and wifi. Please note: 5 floors without elevator, perfect for leg training but ...A few meters from the beach! You can enjoy it for 53 steems per night. (50€ value at today 31/7/2017 Steem: 1,03€) )(Please, check updates before reservation).

2. Make your reservation by making a transfer for 10% of the total amount.
3. Days before we arranged arrival times.
4. Make a transfer for the rest of the amount upon check-in.
House Rules

No parties or events are allowed.
Cancel up to 7 days before your trip and get a 50% refund.
Cancel in the 7 days prior to your trip and you will not be refunded the reservation.

Me encanta el mar y nadar o practicar Taiji en la playa es mi manera favorita de comenzar el día. Me gustan los antiguos edificios, las pequeñas calles del barrio Gótico y los mágicos rincones cargados con más de 4000 años de historia.
Disfruto mucho con toda la variedad de comidas que ofrece esta ciudad, desde el ríquisimo y tradicional menú hasta los platos más elaborados todo regado por gran variedad de vinos. La ciudad reboza cultura por los cuatro costados, desde Dalí, Gaudí y Miró hasta el Sónar y el Primavera Sound, pasando por todo el efervecente underground multidisciplinario convirtiendo en una de las ciudades más visitadas de España.
Si estás planeando visitar Barcelona… ¡Tengo una habitación para ti!
Mi casa está en La Barceloneta, a pocos metros de los autobuses 45 59 N8 y D20 y 10 minutos de la parada de metro Barceloneta L4. Es una habitación individual en un piso cómodo y espacioso con cocina, baño, sala de estar y wifi.A tener en cuenta: 5 pisos sin ascensor, perfecto para el entrenamiento de piernas, pero ... A pocos metros de la playa! La puedes disfrutar por 53 steems por noche. (Valor por 55€ el 31/7/2017 Steem: 1,03€) (Por favor, revise las actualizaciones antes de la reserva).
Mi propuesta:
1. Contacta conmigo en steemit chat @chicosonico para consultar fechas disponibles, aclarar cualquier detalle previo al acuerdo y conocernos! ¡Buena química es fundamental!
2. Has tu reserva haciendo una transferencia por el 10% del valor total.
3. Días antes concertamos horario de llegada.
4. Has una transferencia por el resto del importe al llegar (check in).
Normas de la casa:
No se admiten mascotas.
No se admiten fiestas o eventos.
Cancela hasta 7 días antes de tu viaje y obtén un reembolso del 50 %.
Cancela en los 7 días previos a tu viaje y no se te reembolsará la reserva.

EN: Good idea to help visitors while getting some money at the same time. I studied abroad for two and a half months in the spring partly in Spain and I went to Barcelona for a weekend. Unfortunately, it was during Holy Week and it was hard to find a place to stay. In the end, I found an Airbnb but it took 3 days of searching to find it(most likely the previous person cancelled). It is such a beautiful city and there is a lot to do. I enjoy how you are helping out members of the community and if I visit barcelona in the future, I will keep your offer in my mind. Great idea and good luck in testing it!
SP: Buena idea que tengas aqui por usar Steemit para ayudar a vistantes y ahorrar dinero a lo mismo tiempo. You estudie en el extranjero por dos y media meses durante primavera con parte en España y fui a Barcelona por un fin de semana. Desafortunadamente, era durante Semana Santa y era tan difícil encontrar un lugar para dormir la noche. Yo encuentro un Airbnb al fin, pero tuvo que buscar por 3 días para encontrarlo (probablemente la persona anterior cancelaba). Es una ciudad tan bella y tiene mucho que hacer. Me encanta que estas ayudando a nosotros en la comunidad y si visitara a Barcelona en el futuro, tu oferta será en mi mente. !Magnifico idea y buena suerte en probándolo!
Hi @cryptowolf! Yes, encontrar alojamiento en Barcelona suele ser difícil durante todo el año, pero en Semana Santa puede llegar a ser imposible. Ojalá puedas repetir tu viaje y si, ten en cuenta mi casa. Un saludo!

I wondered, does the bedroom have a blind as well?
Indeed @neukolin, La Barceloneta is a very good location. Nop, there is not a blind...yet. Actually I'm enjoying all the light/sun I can. My previous flat was very dark :( But, no worries... Curtain time is coming. :)
