EN: Good idea to help visitors while getting some money at the same time. I studied abroad for two and a half months in the spring partly in Spain and I went to Barcelona for a weekend. Unfortunately, it was during Holy Week and it was hard to find a place to stay. In the end, I found an Airbnb but it took 3 days of searching to find it(most likely the previous person cancelled). It is such a beautiful city and there is a lot to do. I enjoy how you are helping out members of the community and if I visit barcelona in the future, I will keep your offer in my mind.
