howdy dear @jznsamuel , glad to join here .
i celebrated new year with my family back in our province , we had fireworks light up , we all wear red shirts and after that we ate together. just simple but very happy celebration.
My most favorite TV show , is a local noon time variety show here in the Philippines. it's calle Eat Bulaga, it's a mix of comedy segments and contest segments , games and most of it are all giving away prizes to people. they help a lot of people. I like it very much because it's always making me laugh and i like how generous and helpful the show is . Hosts are so entertaining.

I saw in the new year standing on my back step, watching fireworks in the distance with my little dog happily by my side and my wife and daughter sound asleep. It was a nice, relaxed way to end the year.
As for my favourite TV show, that's hard to say at the moment as having a three year old keeps me fairly busy. If I was pushed, I'd almost have to say Peppa Pig, because it will keep my daughter occupied long enough for me to grab a coffee or a hot shower.
And I know @fraenk loves a good contest to enter :)
