It seems like a reasonable idea, but the problem I find with it though is that it would just level everything off, therefore render everything of even a lesser value. Why not focus more on resolving problems that allow for others to take advantage? The rich getting richer I don't think is the problem...it's crooked games. And if the game is crooked, why would there be any reason to play? A basic income would only be a temporary band aid kind of remedy, void of any kind of long term solution.
