So this is my first weekly spotlight with last weeks curated posts and since I started last Sunday this will feature 8 posts.

Awseome Weekly Spotlight #1

Now let's start, and I will post them in the order that they where upvoted and resteemed, starting with last Sunday and going to this Sunday.

1. Why I'm so excited about @oracle-d & why proof of work is better!

This post was published by @clixmoney and it's a @dtube video about upvotes and how the concept from @oracle-d can be better, proof-of-work, as in creative work.

It's a really great video and the arguments are logical and therefore it's awesome.

2. GRAFFITI 3

This post is literally a peice of art, published by @dougalporteous, and featuring Graffiti from East end London, very well worth some extra looks.

3. My Actifit Report Card #23: Let's Move...!

The @actifit report from @anroja, she made a very good argument for moving around, and had a nice picture, check it out.

4. 🎥 Cryptocurrency Market Overview | 01.05.2019

This was a @dtube video from @cryptospa, he makes a daily overview of the crypto market, and sometimes also have really good interviews with influential people on Steem.

In this video he announced the video function on @appics, which is a very nice function and an addition for short videos to the longer ones on Dtube, plus an overview of the Bitcoin chart, and an announcement for the launch of Reviewhunt by @steemhunt, plus the hype around IEOs, well worth watching.

5. Welcome To ClickFunnels. You Suck.

This is by far the longest post in this round with over 8000 words, and made by @yallapapi, but even being so long I just could not stop reading until the end.

He makes a really good, selfcritic and very humouristic article out of his own failures, including a constant debate with his alter ego, you really have to check this out.

6. A Guide to Business Development 2.0

This is a post about marketing by @thejaffarkhan, and it shows great insight into how marketing works, and what types of campaigns will show a positive result or not, so check it out if you want some knowledge about this.

7. A weekly view on the State of the Dapps.

This is a look on the weekly development on StateOfTheDapps by @mindtrap, and it shows the progress of the decentralized applications of the crypto world including Steem, this is very valuable info so definitely check it out.

An absolutely stunningly beautiful sunset video by @sulepower, it's Sunday you need to see this.
