This is awesome and I always try to upvote #introduceyourself as a way to build the community. This past week I have upvoted maybe 20 users there, generally at 100%. Generally under (30) rep score. If the post looks to be bot generated, I try to give those a miss... but otherwise users under 30 rep get a vote from me! Maybe a new hastag #upvoteintroduceyourself?
