Are you sure your vote is missing? Read this please!
Hello everybody,
we get way too many help-requests of missing votes which are actually NOT missing.
Most of the time, this happens because some users expect a comment or some other form of notification about the vote.
But the truth is, that @smartsteem and @smartmarket both offer the most authentic upvote-service without it looking spammy.
We personally don't like bot-comments, that's why we decided to not do that!
How to find out if your vote is missing
It depends on which service you are using.
If you transfer SBD / STEEM to @smartsteem, then you are using our bid-bot.

In this case, simply take a look at the votes on your post. If you see smartsteem there, then you have received your vote!
To see the received value, you can install a chrome extension called Steem More Info
@smartmarket
If you transferred your amount to @smartmarket, then you will receive multiple votes from different users on STEEM.
To make sure that you got what you paid for - you can go to https://smartsteem.com and login.
After that you will see an overview of your received (and also sold votes) on your smartsteem profile
