Is it possible to move our wonderful Steem community to Telos?

Telos has all the functionality of EOS, without the whales, the CPU issues and costs.
If we could migrate Steem onto this platform and if we could do so limiting account balances to 75,000 SP - we could save Steem, concentrate the holdings back towards genuine users, limit the power of whales and move into an ecosystem which could accommodate genuine application and user growth.
Some of you might tell me this is impossible. If it is possible however, we as a community must seriously consider this option. We are an established community which has been let down by the concentration of ownership, greed and politics.
This Knight is very interested to hear what the blockchain experts here at Steem have to say about this idea.
Of course an early move of this magnitude would be highly beneficial to Telos and is likely to mean that the witnesses responsible end up becoming Telos block producers.
This Knight only has the best interests of genuine Steemians at heart.

If it sounds better to you if the haircut is at half of what you own instead of double what you own you might suffer from confirmatory bias.
I feel your plight Great Knight. Your heart for your communities on the Steem blockchain is unparallel. It s sadens my heart to see those whoo were meant to join hands with people like you to build Steem shying away. However, even as you teach us, with the hope of #beatitudes, Steem still looks beautiful. The whales may chose to leave, but I see Steemchurch and #beatitudes turning on the light of STeem in the near future.
