3.) Whale Alert advises that someone moved 8 million Steem from an unknown wallet to Upbit.

4.) Details are sparse because it's behind a paywall, but it looks like the parties have been ordered into mediation for the Notestein v. Bittrex, Inc. (7:20-cv-00342) civil case, which follows from the 2020 dispute that culminated with Steem's HF 23. If mediation fails, I gather that the next step could be a hearing - tentatively in March, 2024.

I thought Justin Sun had stepped away from running TRON to become something to do with Grenada..?
I don't trust my memory though and it obviously doesn't prevent him from continuing to promote his investments.
I'd forgotten that the court case was still trundling along. From the few documents that are available, it looks like the "Plaintiffs" are just grinding out anything they can now to keep this dragging on.
Yeah, I don't understand his role now. I'm pretty sure he's still doing the Grenada thing, but it also looks like he bought huobi recently, and he's still making Tron announcements too.
Looks like they reached a settlement. If I'm interpreting right, it looks like the end comes within 60 days of March 1:
Let's hope that the mediation does not fail, in relation to the news, this panel has been in force for a long time, it has overcome obstacles, it will undoubtedly continue as the years go by
The relation between steem and trx played an important role for both of them, espeically for steem to increase their speed. Steem was heavily benefited. The Authority didn't much for tron in recent years. Hope this step will be helpful for tron and steem will also be benefited again.
