I thrilled to watch 2001: A Space Odyssey when it was released in 1968. As an "uber-geek," I remember in my mind deciphering all of the acronyms that appeared on the flight instrumentation screens... ;)
Clarke and Kubrick did an amazing job of making everything ultra-realistic. :) :) :)

I can't remember much of the movie, but I appreciated the symbolism of the monolith :) and the cinematography is of course, too good for its time.
This movie is one of my favorites, watched it many times!
Nice. As long as it isn't the Statute of Liberty in Planet of the Apes.
More like a congregation of apes tryin' to figure out what's going on xD
Sooooo super cool!! Nice one!
Take it... memefy it!
I like it!
Did you watch that movie?
A long time ago.... In a land far away.....
Didn't Willy Wonka do something similar with a bar of chocolate? ;)
Nice work, good imagery :)
Oh it's one of those movies people say i should watch, but somehow didn't make time for it ..
Which? Space Odyssey or Johnny Depp's Chocolate Factory? ;)
Oh Johnny Depp's Chocfac.. or Willy Wonka? Might've been 2 different movies lol
That's a 2001 Space Odyssey, now already remake to new movie, Interstellar, by Christopher Nolan
