Every now and then cheat meals wouldnt hurt anyones physique.

This burger has way more than 1000 calories but who cares, we cant always restrict food, afterall we are humans. The best thing about bulking is that you can eat whatever you wish without having to worry about adding fat. For those of you who say "oh youd get fat after eating this", no you wouldnt! Unless you eat it everyday of the week. Also me personally, i have a fast metabolism meaning food digests quickly and this helps me stay lean.
