Want to learn how to flag or downvote someone who is filling the STEEM chain with garbage?
...here's a great exercise. I've tried to explain to @jufrisalam to stop doing it. They won't stop. Flag their garbage image comment.
This is BLATANT ABUSE of his account until WE stop him.
The steemian who is LITTERING the steem blockchain with this stupid image is named @jufrisalam (level 38)
Please downvote them into oblivion. They are hurting everyone's blogs by going non-stop.

I've attempted twice to explain to them to stop, they don't care... and don't even read their blog replies.
This is a prime example of spamming the chain... flooding it with garbage...
SPECIAL NOTE:
Even if the comments seem hidden at the moment, he's going to keep doing it. Downvote/flag even the hidden ones. His reputation needs to be affected because he's doing it minutes apart all day long now.

He's following almost 4,000 people, and when anyone makes a post, he puts this same stupid image as a comment.

By the way, he's reputation level 37 now. If you are level 42 reputation or above, you can totally hurt his ranking by flagging his comments and there is no retaliation he can do to you.
The reason to stop people like him is simple. He's ruining the worth of this whole system for his own stupid greed.
...and I might be just like you. I avoid conflict. I don't like to step into trouble. But if someone is deliberately vandalizing something infront of my eyes and is hurting things, I have to step in.

This scumbag wont last to much longer , I am going to expose his fraudulent little game with flags and reputation decimation . Hope it was worth it for him ! Facebook will always have a home for scammers , pedophiles , bullies , and cyber stalkers . We don't have the want , need , or tolerance for any of that behavior here on #steemit ....... ill do my part , the flags will fly don't worry !!!!

I wrote about this problem long ago. Something to the effect that it would take 1,200 comments/posts to make $120 than it would to make 1 good post worth $120

Wow , I don't understand how he can look at himself in the mirror everyday , if he goes to these lengths for posts on steemit imagine what a scumbag he must be in everyday life ! Living of the government aka = Me and You taxpaying citizens , or off his mom and dad or family member , so not only is he leaching off of society , he is leaching off of #steemit . Its pathetic but he is getting creative with his ways to be a worthless piece of trash . I wish he would apply them to being productive .....he might actually move out of his grandmothers basement one day ! haha who am I kidding ? I have a better chance of getting bit by a shark right where I am sitting than that guy ever contributing anything to society !
That is rather annoying, isn't it? If wants to put the GIF in his comments, he could at least actually make a relevant comment. What he is doing shows how little he cares about this platform. All he is interested in is money.... Not making connections. It will be his undoing in the end. I will go and use my small amount of VP and downvote ten of his comments. Resteemed.

I actually wrote a post proposing a solution to spam by an ability to levy additional payments - it was primarily to address spammers sending direct mail via a SBD0.001 transfer, but could potentially be refined and applied to this sort of situation with a bit of thought.
Am trying to work out why it wouldn't work at the moment. Seeing as you are an 'intelligent guy', can you tell me what the flaw is?

If he's spamming the chain manually, by hand, I am utter shock. He could be that insane.. who knows.

Seriously though, take a look at the link I posted a couple of comments above. If you took that idea and adapted it, then you could potentially apply it here - for example you could name him on a list of people who are spamming you and then next time he does that opens up the option for you to implement a charge
