Things that STEEM should implement to really go big. Part 2

Now times have changed a lot has been added (or we can say fixed) from my initial list:
@ STEEM USD - now shows up as a numbers in wallet
@ Avatars - they are here. Nice!
@ Merchants - there is now people accepting STEEM as payment
A lot of things i have described will be added in @busy.org so that parts i will also skip in this article. Great project btw - kudos!
Here is OTHER ideas that IMO would be good. To be clear i understand Busy may have them, but those are so basic that main STEEM site should have them too.
1. User to user messaging
This is crucial. If you call STEEM new Reddit, Facebook or Forum... Still all those have it. This is a must.
I dont want to make extra accounts to join steemit.chat or so. And many users do not want this too.
2. See post only when voted up!
My SEO blog http://blackhatpwnage.com has free and paid posts. To read paid ones you have to be subscribed with Paypal or CC. Why not make here option to add really good content only to be read when voted up?
I unerstand - some people may post crap and abuse, but after 1 post they will be turned down and never make money anymore. Users with good posts history and real infos could really benefit from this.
There is some opportunities and discounts that are rare and such posts would work for this.
3. Signatures
A lot of people are already pasting signatures of themselves. Make life easier - let people add them. I have posted about this already 5 months ago, but i feel this is important in current form of the site esp to collect followers.
4. STEEMit Verification badges on Steem Chat
Just some kind of verification method to know the person on official chat is same person as is on STEEM. This can prevent alot of personality abuse in future. I do not mean documents or so verification by any means - just a way to ie send some low STEEM number from main account to "chat account" to verify it.
Then it gets a badge and maybe 1-click linking to STEEM profile? I understnad Rocketchat is not connected to STEEM but since currently its crucial spot for talking there should be some badges to make life of imposters harder.
5. Give users a cut from paid Ads
I have spoken of Ads before as a healthy way for the site to make money. I undertand some concerns from this though. But what if each user of STEEM got a proportional to his Steem Power cut of the ads bought and ads could been only bought with STEEM? Imo price skyrocket.
Will we get spam? Propably yes but also price will soar. Then we can go more hardcore with rules to make ads or if it makes money hire accountants for it like other platforms do.
Of course this are just my thoughts or a base for thinking on how to solve some of the problems.

How about pay per view ....Ads.In my recent post I touch on it.
in other words...every time a Steemer views an add..they get paid.
Possibly the advertiser could pay steemit a small fee in order to 'hang an ad' in an 'ad tab' (similar to home, active, new, hot...etc)...give a brief summation of what the add is...possibly a graphic...After a Steemer clicks on that ad and views it , validates that he did in fact view the add (possibly a test or something similar to a Captcha?) then the 'ad fee' is deposited in his wallet. Different prices, different ads...any advertiser who cheats is 'outed' and banned)
bare bones idea in need of refinement...the point is...think out of the box...we have the blockchain ....we do NOT have to be like anyone else.
