how much steem power do you need?
Out of curiously, im wondering if anyone knows how much steem power you need to increase your up-vote per cent value. right now im at 30 steem power and it seems like on some posts i up-vote it give 2 cents and on other it doesn't give any. Can anyone help explain this to me like in laymen terms?
