What happened to the post that was raising a bounty for a community shared GPU miner? Last I saw it was over $200 and climbing.

Welcome to the hot-fanned industry of crypto-mining my friend.

.

I'll take 'almost level' ;) Keep postin' @bola !!

.

Yeah, I'm getting a bit disappointed with Steem CPU mining also.

"How about we add another Miner-witness queue that takes turns?
How about only allowing one ip address to mine with only one miner?"

I think these are good ideas to keep the POW queue more descentralized.

I posted my complain about this unfair issue a few days ago:
https://steemit.com/tag/@cryptohead/steem-mining-queue-dominated-by-the-rabbit-servers

Unfortunately nobody has provided a solution yet.

.

Steem keeps on forking and forking, and then no guide for mining users whether or not the fork affected the mining process such that we need to update something. Just boycott steem mining, not worth it! It is not user friendly & Devs may have just purposely made it so.

.

You can download the latest blockchain file or start with the Steem docker image but all this won't change the outcome. Only make it apparent earlier that it is a waste of time :)

Out of curiosity. What is your HW configuration? Thanks for the reply!
