Binance Crypto Exchange Doesn't List STEEM or SBD/Steem Backed Dollars... But they DO Run a Suggested Coin of the Month Contest. We Should Start a Mass Voting Movement There.
Kinda wondering why STEEM is not listed at least of our 2 currencies here in the Steemit ecosystem.
There's about half a dozen coins there listed below, up for adoption next -- I've never heard of or hardly at all and I follow the crypto space.
STEEM has been around 18 mths, in the top ~35 coins give or take, has half a million users, a busy blockchain and a use case built in.
I WANT decentralized exchanges like BITSHARES to be adopted but until they are, we do owe it to every Steem holder (either coin.... both really) ---to lobby for the rest of the exchanges to get the Steem tokens on there for mass awareness and liquidity.
Binance from everything I am seeing is NOW THE LARGEST exchange -- blowing past market leaders like Poloniex and Bittrex - who both are closing doors to free and easy signups and use, and with nutty kinda fascist policies, not helping users etc.
Binance had disabled new user account activations as of late as we know too, they have been overwhelmed with volume.

This has really upset some people but I do not force my opinions on others, or need to communicate every detail of my life or issues, most people do not care anyways. I invested around 10 hours or more a day on Steemit most of my first 13 mths here, I just do not have that time in my life right now, and that includes for replies and voting/curation.

Great post. I opened accounts with all that you mentioned above. Funny, I was just drawn to Binance the most. So that is pretty much what I stick with for the most part.
I have a friend through Poloniex was holding XRP and margin trading against their XRP. When it went from a $1.00 to $3.50 which would have been a $4,000.00 gain, mysteriously he was no longer in XRP he was in FCT. So that was a $4,000.00 loss. He filed a support ticket and they blocked him from the website. When he contacted support they wouldn't respond to the case. He was able to log into the support portion of their site using FreshDesk and closed the case and now he is able to access Poloniex again. So, clearly you have to be careful. He is still using them, for margin trading only. That is is platform of choice for that still. I am gutsy, but not that gutsy. lol! And, to the point of your post. I do wish it was on Binance as well being that it is my favorite exchange.
It takes guts to do this crypto deal in the face of not only regulation..... but nonfeasance and bad C/S as you described which many of us have suffered through.
Could use your help on this... it will take an army.

I dont think Steem should be on every exchange its more a rarity and a commodity to the community and should not be part of the whale markets to alter pries thus stabilizing the coin more and keeping its intent in tact.
No offense but that makes 0 sense -- I mentioned why it is important in my post.
Do you understand the need and VALUE of liquidity?
Keeping a coin scarce that is meant to be traded and used, makes no sense.
It is a large to large mid- cap coin meaning there are tons of them in the market and more planned on coming, this is not Bitcoin with a fixed small cap.
If steem and SBD hits Binance both will go past $10 I would guess.
I won't put a price on it, but it will help, when coins get listed on BIG exchanges, they kinda tend to moon.

As far as I know it costs 90,000 to have a coin listed on Binance...who would pay for STEEM/SBD?
Really? I mean is there any other way so we can make this happen ? STEEM is popular enough in order to be on Binance imo.
IDK about that but I know it has been a top 40 coin like I said for 18 straight mths and half that time --- Top 20 roughly.... meaning lots of volume for them to make $$ off each trade.
Would be cool, hopefully we could do something to make it happen.I mean STEEM is popular enough and is big enough in order for Binance to add it, not to mention the fact that the community is awesome here.

I tried this twice in the past here and a couple of weeks ago here. I even contacted a bunch of high profile Steemians to try and garner support or pass the message on to the developers. I got some of them to reply and they all thought it was a good idea. Yet nothing came of it.
I kind of started to think nobody really cares enough, or there are 'reasons' why it is undesireable.
Good luck, I fully support the idea and would love to see STEEM and SBD on Binance. If we can get the coin on the vote I am sure we can win, but it requires a developer to submit the application.
