Welsh star Gareth Bale decided to take part in Sunday's Euro 2020 qualifier against Croatia.
Bell suffered a knee blow by Martin Skrenyar during Thursday's match against Slovakia, raising doubts about his position.
"I am ready to participate, I feel good," Gareth Bale said in remarks carried by Spanish daily Mundo Deportivo.
"We know each other very well, because we have played together for a long time at Tottenham and Real Madrid.
"Luka Modric and I haven't talked yet, and maybe there's going to be a little talk," he concluded.
