This shot is my entry to @photocontests sportsphotography Saturday contest.

A rhythmic gymnast from Singapore performing at Gym Fest.

Here are my shot details:

Camera Canon 7D
Focal Length 70mm
Aperture f3.2
Shutter Speed 1/800
ISO ISO 2500
