There's also a famous quote from an ancient book in the Bible which says: "happy is the man a woman that is conscious of his spiritual needs."

Recently in this last decade or so there is a rise of Life Coaches. Many of these gurus encouraging their clients to pursue spiritual qualities instead of accumulating wealth. They have realized that the accumulations of "many things" does not bring long-lasting happiness.
However the qualities off giving of one's Time and Resources, being Kind, Honest, and so forth seems to bring lasting happiness and contentment.

So I have decided to dig deeper into the secrets of spiritual qualities and to figure out if there is any truth behind all of this speculation.

So in this and future posts we are going to dive into spiritual qualities, and try to determine if developing and maintaining these qualities can truly live up to its claim of producing happiness and contentment.
