SPI Clubs STEEM POWER

SteemPower Investments makes the bulk of its STEEM from filling lease requests, vote selling and delegating to earn tokens. Right now at the time of writing there is 29796.189 STEEM POWER in the account. That's break it down and look at were every last STEEM cent is.

Let us start with were most of the STEEM POWER is being used and where most of our passive earnings come from. Dlease is like a frontend i guess for minnowbooster. It is much easier to use, it's prettier to look at and provides all the info you require so your not having to make and update a excel sheet manually like with using minnowbooster. Dlease is SPI's bread and butter and its very possible that the price of leasing STEEM will increase after HF21 earning us more $

On target for 20% and almost 2/3 of STEEM POWER being used on active leases. We are currently filling 17 lease requests from 100 to 2000 STEEM POWER. These numbers are taken directly from dlease.

You can see that more than 1 request has been filled for the some people like steem.leo for example. Below you see the totals and who really gets what. These numbers are taken from steemworld and the actual delegation amounts after STEEM POWER inflation has been included. Info in ''The Rest"

Lastly, how much does it earn us? This is what it is all about. Leasing STEEM POWER to earn passive income. If we stopped right now, SPI would still earn over 1000 STEEM easy on lease's already set up. Amazing when you think about, even better because we are not gonna stop and keep going full speed at it.

Off Market Leases

We currently 2 off market leases totaling 5500 SP both to steemcryptosicko. 5000 STEEM POWER is locked in for the long term paying 20 STEEM per week which is 20.8% per year. The 500 STEEM POWER lease is for 4 weeks with 3 already gone and is paid at the same rate. Off market leases tend to be bigger and will play a bigger part in the SPI clubs earning in the future.

Delegation to @tipU

Delegating STEEM POWER to @tipu pays out earning's in tipu tokens which are are very stable token and 1 of the very few tokens that SPI will hold. The plan is to save these up and sell them every month are if the price jumps. We started off with delegating 1000SP but we have upped it 2 times since to 1500SP and finally 2000SP where it is now, 2017.86 even cause of STEEM inflation

It's hard to give an exact APR as delegation amounts have changed with the most time time being spend at 1000SP delegated. Our 19 tipU tokens are currently worth 24.32 STEEM.

STEEM POWER on cool down

If you not aware, when a lease ends and @spinvest gets it's STEEM POWER back there is 5 day cool down period. It's a pain in the ass but it's purpose is required. We currently have 3 lease's that have stopped and on on cooldown. They total 1701.394 STEEM POWER. The date shown below is when we get it back and will beable to use it again.

Vote selling

We use the STEEM POWER that is sitting in the @spinvest wallet to vote sell through smartsteem. This is sort of a way to earn from the crumbs and ensure we make the maximum from our STEEM POWER. Payments range between 1-2 STEEM every week as there is rarely over 1000 STEEM POWER in the balance. Right now at the time of writing, there is 645.131 STEEM that is being used for vote selling.

The Rest

This would trick alot of people and they spend a long time figure it out where that 11.29 STEEM is but im Mr SPI Invest and know that STEEM POWER pays out inflation and to double check my info before posting it. If you look closer at the Dlease paragraph and then compare the amount delegated on dlease and the amounts actually being delegated from steemworld. This is because STEEM POWER pays out inflation, it's sort of like interest from the bank. It's basically means that when we delegate 1000SP for 3 months, it might come back as 1002 SP. Please see the example below of a delegation i did from my personal account. I leased 1250SP to a community bot around 17 months back and it's worth 1265 today. It means that the community bot gets 15 free SP from me. It is practised by people that do alot of delegations to skim these small amounts every month to reallocate by re-delegating the agreed amount and taking the inflation away. The picture shows that the longer someone delegates, the more the delegatee gets. I could if i wanted redelegate 1250SP and free up the 15SP left over to use else where. I hope this all makes sense.

The extra STEEM POWER you receive is from the rewards pool and i have heard it's currently around 6-8% a year but dont quote me on that. This is were how the missing 11.291 STEEM POWER is

That was easy enough and im glad everything is in order. All the information required is online and a few copy/paste's into excel and Bobs your uncle.
