Saludos, el día de hoy quiero contarles un poco sobre mi experiencia con una coreografía de pole dance que desarrolle para mi pase de nivel, muchas personas tienen todos los pasos en sus cabezas, las figuras que desean hacer y según todo eso, buscan su canción para bailar. Yo personalmente prefiero sentir la música, cerrar los ojos y dejar que mi mente vuele, desde ahí empiezo a imaginar el vestuario, los pasos y todo lo que pondría en cada segundo de la canción. Bueno eso fue lo que paso cuando escuche Dorma, una canción que me gustó muchísimo apenas la oi por primera vez, del grupo musical europeo Corpo-Mente.

Today I want to tell you a little about my experience with a pole dance choreography that I create by myself, many people have all the steps in their heads, the figures they want to do and later they search for their song to dance. I personally prefer to feel the music, close my eyes and let my mind fly, from there I start to imagine the costumes, the steps and everything I would put in every second of the song. Well that's what happened when I listen the Dorma´s song from Corpo-Mente.

Empecé dibujando el vestuario en un trozo de papel, imagine un maquillaje de guerra y porque no? Usar un accesorio fuera de lo común. Para mí no es solo bailar sino contar una historia con cada paso, dejar que el cuerpo fluya, y hacer del pole lo que es: Arte. Claro tuve bastante apoyo de una gran amiga también poledancer
(Greydaly Rodriguez) que me ayudó a coordinar muchas figuras y a mezclarlas entre sí.

I started by drawing the costumes on a piece of paper, and I imagine a warrior makeup and why not? Use an accessory that is out of the ordinary. For me it's not just dancing but telling a story with each step, letting the body flow, and making the pole what it is, Art. Of course, I had support from a great friend, another pole dancer (Greydaly Rodriguez) who helped me coordinate many figures and mix all in an entire performance.

Fueron semanas de ensayos, de morados, de raspones y golpes, pero también de felicidad cada vez que veía al espejo y notaba como avanzaba todo lo que había creado en mi mente. @nahupuku fue testigo de cómo fue el proceso de montar una y otra vez una figura hasta perfeccionarla, de muchas risas y hasta malas caras cuando un paso se complicaba mucho. Tiendo a exigirme y a no rendirme y quise demostrarlo en una pieza de 3 minutos 30.

It spent a pair of weeks of intense rehearsals, with painfull hit´s of my knees and thighs in the floor, of scrapes but by the other side a big feeling of happiness every time I saw the mirror and I noticed how everything that I had created in my mind progressed. @nahupuku witnessed how it was the process of assembling a figure over and over again to get the perfect dance session, he watch lots of laughter and even bad faces when one step got very complicated. I demand a lot for myself and I don´t give up never, so I wanted to prove about that it in a 3:30 min´s choreographic song.

Llego el día de presentarme, y realicé un baile bastante fluido y en un nivel semiprofesional, con creatividad y expontáneidad, pudiendo avanzar de nivel en la academia donde bailo y doy clases.@michellef fue a ver la presentación, lloro de emoción y fue un gran apoyo que estuviera presente @nahupuku grabó un video de mi presentación el cual pueden ver publicado en este post. La sensación de ver lo que lograste y ver los rostros de los que te rodean cuando te ven bailar es indescriptible. Es ahí donde puedo decir que cualquier cosa que imagines lo puedes llevar a la realidad.

Finnaly the dance day came and I made a fluid and creative semipro dance, I get the advanced level in the jury final choise. @michellef went to watch me dance too, she cried when I realice the performance and she was so happy for me, she likes the dance too much. @nahupuku record and make a video later about my act, I posted this video here too. I can say that the feeling of made a good dance its amazing. I know about do my best effort and I love a lot that the public like´s a lot my presentation cause I can see the happiness watching the faces of those around me in the academy in the time that I finish my song. I can say that anything you can imagine you can make an amazing reality.
