AVENTURAS EN MI COCINA: Churros con dulce de leche.

¡LLEGÓÓÓÓÓ EL FIN DE SEMANA!

Ha comenzado el fin de semana y el cuerpo lo sabe jajaja, llegó el día para variar, para compartir con familiares y amigos, para disfrutar de unas ricas cervezas y donde tu hermano mayor al llegar de trabajo pregunta:

¿QUÉ HICISTE HOY?

Entonces, ¿por qué no comer unos deliciosos churros en este día?, a fin de cuenta es fin de semana y las dietas se olvidan, además que mejor manera para comenzar el mes de junio, por cierto ¡FELIZ INICIO DE MES A TODOS!. Llegó el momento de contarles esta fácil y exquisita receta, espero la intenten.

INGREDIENTES:

  • 1 cup de Harina de trigo (todo uso)
  • 1 cup de Agua
  • 1 cda de Azúcar
  • 1 Huevo
  • 1 pizca de Sal
  • Canela al gusto
  • Esencia de vainilla

PREPARACIÓN:

Vertir el agua en una olla y poner al fuego, agregar un poco de esencia de vainilla, el azúcar, la pizca de sal, canela y dejar hervir un poco.

Luego de haber apagado el fuego, se agrega la taza de harina y se comienza a mezclar, sin que queden grumos, por último agregar el huevo y volver a mezclar.

Vertir la mezcla en una manga con una boquilla tipo estrella, o en su defecto en una churrera si la poseen; precalentar el aceite y comenzar a soltarlos en él con mucha precaución, luego de estar dorados se extraen y se dejan enfriar un poco.

Para finalizar se puede untar con dulce de leche, chocolate y hasta leche condensada, son realmente una delicia
