Hi guys, this post is in English and Spanish. The first part for the Spanish-speaking community and the second part translated into English.
Buenas amigos, este post esta en inglés y español. La primer parte para la comunidad de habla hispana y la segunda traducida al inglés.

Por lo que he visto muchos no saben las ventajas de ser parte de @steemtrail.
Steemtrail es un proyecto de curación para valorar y darle mayor visibilidad a aquellos post que aportan contenido de calidad a nuestra querida comunidad de steemit.
¿Como funciona se preguntaran?
Bueno, primero tienen que crearse una cuenta en Discord (si todavía no tienen una) e ingresar mediante el link que les dejo debajo al canal de steemtrail.

Ya habiendo ingresado a discord, van a encontrar muchos canales a su izquierda.
Cada canal tiene un curador de su respectivo tema. Por ejemplo, yo soy curador de @spanish-trail. La función del curador es elegir los posts más sobresalientes referido a su tópico y publicarlos en el canal de aprobados para que steemtrail evalue recompensarlos. Si un curador selecciona un post y steemtrail lo vota, este post puede recibir aproximadamente entre 160 y 180 votos y va a ser premiado con una moneda Trail.
O sea que ustedes pueden promocionar sus post en todos los canales permitidos, referidos a su tema. Si los post tienen contenido de calidad, los usuarios que son curadores, pueden seleccionarlos.
Vale aclarar que no todos los canales son para promocionar post, hay algunos en los cuales se discute, se pregunta o steemtrail informa. Sobre todo el primer canal (channel-approved-posts) es específicamente para los curadores, ahí ellos colocan los post para que steemtrail los evalué y eventualmente los vote. Por favor no publiquen posts en este canal.
Bien, hagamos de cuenta que seleccionaron y votaron un post de alguno de ustedes.
Lo primero que tienen que hacer es entrar a steemtrail en discord y para reclamar la moneda Trail se tienen que crear una cuenta en la “wallet” Open Ledger (link debajo). Cuando ya hayan creado esta cuenta, van al canal de discord (open-ledger-account-add) y ponen OL Account: (El nombre de su cuenta en OL) Steemit account: (El nombre de su cuenta en steemit).
Con esto ya tendrían que recibir el Trail. Si no lo llegasen a recibir, pueden preguntar en el canal ask-rick-and-joe sobre porque no se la entregaron. Sepan entender que por ahí, están con mucho trabajo y se pueden demorar o olvidar en realizar la entrega.

Otra ventaja de ser parte de steemtrail es que pueden recibir 80 Trail por día (560 por semana) si siguen en streemian al proyecto de curación de steemtrail.
Ya teniendo la wallet en Open Ledger y habiendo colocado los datos antes mencionados en el canal open-ledger-account-add.
Lo primero que tienen que hacer es entrar a Streemian y seguir los pasos para validar la cuenta.
Luego dentro de Streemian hacen click en “Services” (Curation Trail).
Cuando se abre la página de curation trail le dan a follow a @steemtrail y listo.
Les recomiendo que les hagan saber a Rick (Instructor) o Joe si están siguiendo a steemtrail en streemian. Para esto pueden usar los canales steemtrail o ask-rick-and-joe.
Cualquier consulta sobre esto, pueden preguntar en los canales steemtrail y ask-rick-and-joe.
Los chicos que manejan @steemtrail son muy flexibles, si tienen una idea para un trail o concurso pueden preguntarles para llevarlo a cabo y consiguientemente para generar otro trail de curación.
Cualquier duda, estoy a su disposición. Espero que les sirva esta información y realmente les recomiendo sumarse a @steemtrail. Ya que no solo van a aumentar las ganancias y visibilidad en sus post, si no que ademas pueden participar en proyectos muy interesantes.
Recuerden que el SpanishChallenge desde la semana que viene va a ser lanzado desde la cuenta de spanish-trail. Tienen hasta esta noche para presentar sus trabajos para el SC #4.

From what I've seen many don't know the advantages of being part of @steemtrail.
Steemtrail is a curators project to value and give more visibility to those posts that contribute quality content to our beloved steemit community.
How does it work?
Well, first you have to create an account in Discord (if you don't already have one) and enter through the link that I leave below, to the channel of steemtrail.

Having already entered discord, you will find many channels on your left.
Each channel has a curator of their respective subject. For example, I am a curator of @spanish-trail. The role of the curator is to choose the most outstanding posts referred to the topic and publish them in the approved channel, so that steemtrail evaluates to reward them. If a curator selects a post and steemtrail vote that post, this post can receive approximately 160-180 votes and will be awarded with a Trail coin.
So you can promote your post in all channels allowed, referring to your topic. If the posts have quality content, users who are curators, can select them.
Not all channels are for post promotion, there are some in which it is discussed, wonders or steemtrail informs us. Especially the first channel (channel-approved-posts) is specifically for curators, there they upload the post so that steemtrail evaluated and eventually vote. Please don't publish posts on this channel.
Well, let's pretend they selected and voted a post from one of you.
The first thing you have to do is to enter steemtrail in discord and to claim the Trail currency you have to create an account in the "wallet" Open Ledger (link below). When you have created this account, go to the discord channel (open-ledger-account-add) and enter OL Account: (The name of your account in OL) Steemit account: Your account at steemit).
With this you would have to receive the Trail. If you didn't receive it, you can ask on the ask-rick-and-joe channel about why they didn't give it to you. You have to understand that sometimes, they are busy and can be delayed or forgotten in the delivery.

Los trail tokens son simbolicos o tienen algun valor?
Aca he hablado un poco de los trails pero la verdad es que todavia no me hago parte de uno, agradeceria si le puedes hechar un ojo para asegurarme de que la informacion no la he transmitido mal al carecer de experiencia en el asunto.

Disculpa que no haya respondido a tu mensaje en discord sobre tu amiga, es que por ahi entre steemtrail, la seleccion de los post de la comunidad de habla hispana y mis post me pierdo ciertas mensajes y post. Pero desde ya que ella es mas que bienvenida a steemtrail.
El valor de los Trail es algo que tendrias que consultar en el chat de discord. Yo tambien soy bastante nuevo (un mes y dias) y no me animo a darte informacion que sea equivocada. Lo que si se, es que tienen valor.
