Deseo para tí y tu familia un feliz año nuevo.

Ahora, estoy en mi casa, en Barcelona. Tengo unos días de permiso. Pero pronto, el 15 de enero, otra vez, voy a ir a Madrid.

¡AH! Irene: Quiero decirte una cosa. Que continuo en el ejército (de aire). Hice una instancia a mi jefe GENERAL y continuo hasta septiembre. Durante todo este tiempo, puedo hacer alguna oposición. Hace una semana que he ido a los PIRINEOS. Muy cerca de Francia. Allí, con tres amigos más, quisimos ir a esquiar, pero nunca estabamos en tierra. Fue muy divertido. (sólo dos días).

Cambiando de tema. Si tienes número de teléfono, puedes escribírmelo, en el próxima carta. Mi número de teléfono (de Barcelona) 308-79-76. Antes por supuesto con prefijo de España y después el fijo de Barcelona (93). En Madrid, tengo: 449-70-00 (este es el teléfono de la central.). Allí, contestan: "Ministerio del Aire." Y pide mi número de extensión. Es 2844. Con prefijo de Madrid 91. Todo esto, es por si tenemos que comunicarnos nosotros, para que nos digamos alguna cosa, muy rápidamente.

Ahora, hablando un poco de tus próximas vacaciones. Sabes que mi España es muy hermosa. Hay muchas cosas que hacer, en cualquier parte de la ciudad, además de tomar el sol. Todo depende de ti. Que quieres hacer? - tomar el sol. Ver museos y monumentos. Conocer la historia (muy vieja) de España. Creo que te diverterían. Es normal.

Te envío publicaciones de la Secretaria de Estado de Turismo, de:

-Costa Brava - Madrid
Puedes ver y decidir.

Bueno, espero, que vengáis aquí en verano y por lo tanto, podríamos vernos.

En este momento estoy escuchando, tres discos de "THE ALAN PARSONS PROJECT". Exactamente, "yo robot" "Pirámide" y "Cuentos de misterio" y la imaginación. Me gusta mucho.

Probablemente, mis vacaciones serán, entre julio, agosto y septiembre. Espero que vuestras vacaciones sean durante esas fechas.

Bueno, Irene, en la próxima carta, me puedes decir, ¿cómo van tus cosas, tu nuevo trabajo, tus romances, etc es decir, que es de tu vida.

Normalmente, voy a la discoteca, al cine; sobre las mujeres, yo continuo libre.

Bueno, mi querida Irene, ahora salgo, a la calle. Aquí no hace muchos frío. En Holanda, si.

Dear Irene:

I thanks you for the nice postal card, and your photos (in your old office) you sent me.
I wish for you and your family a happy New Year.
Now, I am in my house, in Barcelona. I have some days of permission. But soon, over 15th January, another time, I will go to Madrid.
