Luisa Cáceres de Arismendi
Heroína y una de las mujeres más relevantes de la época independentista de Venezuela. Su coraje se evidenció cuando fue capturada por los españoles y tuvo que soportar maltratos y humillaciones para salvar la vida de Juan Bautista Arismendi quien fuera su esposo y Coronel del ejercito independentista.
Sus méritos han sido reconocidos con grandes honores y su vida forma parte de la historia de Venezuela, los restos de esta insigne mujer permanecen en el Panteón Nacional desde 1877 consiguiendo así ser la primera fémina en reposar allí.
