Receta de torta casera sin huevos ni mantequilla
Una muy buena tarde a todos los steemers que me leen, hoy al igual que en mi ultimo post les traigo una receta de cocina. Para los que viven en Venezuela puede resultar provechosa porque es sin huevos ni mantequilla, y para los que no también pueden sacarle provecho a esta receta.
Ingredientes:
- 1 Taza de azúcar
- 1/4 taza de aceite
- 1 taza de leche
- 2 limones (rallados)
- 1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
- 1 cucharadita de polvo para hornear
Preparación:
Mezclamos los ingredientes como la harina y el azúcar, en un hueco en medio agregamos el aceite. Mezclamos lentamente y poco a poco integramos la leche. Por ultimo añadimos la vainilla, polvo para hornear y la ralladura de limón. Mezclamos un poco más hasta que la masa sea homogénea y enviamos al horno.
En pocos minutos tendremos una deliciosa torta
