Steemit Music League Challenge Week Five

Rappers, vocalists, and producers a new epic theme is ready to go for this week's Steemit Music League Challenge

The SML Challenge was created to provide an additional avenue for the musicians of Steemit who are chasing their dreams to be highlighted and earn some additional recognition, feedback, and rewards.

Here are the details for the Steemit Music League Challenge:

All you have to do is submit an original entry based off of the theme of the week using the tag #smlchallenge and/or comment the entry on any SML Challenge posts.

You will have until Monday night, October 30th to submit your entries with winners will be announced Tuesday, October 31st.

This fifth week's theme is:

90's Hip-hop

That classic, golden era of music history, 90's Hip-hop.

90's hip-hop is one of the most popular styles of music worldwide and brings a certain energy and vibe to it.

Producers can create that classic 90's hip-hop sound as an entry and rappers and singers and use their skills to best fit this epic style of energy, 90's Hip-hop

The entries will be judged off of the following:

• Sound Quality,
• Technicality,
• Creativity, and
• Relevance to theme

The prize pool is as follows:

FIRST PLACE WINNER: 20 SBD + 10 Whaleshares + 30 SMOKE for 60 points

SECOND PLACE WINNER: 10 SBD + 10 Whaleshares + 25 SMOKE for 45 points

THIRD PLACE WINNER: 6 SBD + 10 Whaleshares + 20 SMOKE for 36 points

FOURTH PLACE WINNER: 4 SBD + 10 Whaleshares + 15 SMOKE for 29 points

COMMUNITY FAVORITE: 10 SBD + 10 Whaleshares + 10 SMOKE for 30 points

The Community Favorite each week will be determined by the amount of comments, upvotes, and views responding to their entries, upvotes on their submission comment, and total community support on post (s).

Week Five of the Steemit Music League Challenge starts today and will accept submission until October 30th with winners being announced Tuesday evening (October 31st).

The team of @chiefmappster, @danyelk, @derekmiller, and @jphenderson are pumped to see what is in store for this week.

Don't forget it helps the judges and the community for you to make a post about your entry, with how you created it, the meaning behind it, how the theme came into play.
