We are bound to follow nature to live a healthy and successful life.

There are rules of nature which need to obey by us for a pleasant life. Sleeping is one of the rules of nature we are bound to follow for getting a fresh start for each day we get in our lives. Sleep as we all know is a habit that is under our control but up to a certain limit. But nowadays people are unable to have a better sleep without making it longer.

With the advancement of technology, we have got changes to make our lives better.

 But these advancements have also produced certain side effects mostly related to our health. Sleeping is also been affected due to the side effects of technology. After researching and concerning medical experts we have analyzed some ways that will assist of to make our sleep better without making it longer. Let’s learn about those ways to endure freshness and change in our lives.

Fix your sleeping time to 8 hour

Most probably people sleep more than their need and think they don’t get perfect sleep. After conduction of researchers in America, it was concluded that a maximum 8 hours sleep is maximum for humans. Sleeping more than eight hours and less than six hours will make us feel bad and sleepy for the whole day. We should schedule a timetable for going o bed and waking that should be strictly followed by us.

Have a medical checkup

Medical checkup should also be conducted by us as we may have any medical problem sue to whom we don’t get a fresh start for each new day. The medical checkup will assist us to get rid of medical problems we face and get a good sleep of each day without increasing the time for our sleep.

Arrange for a good environment

The good environment also plays a key role in getting a good sleep. In the unsuitable environment, we are unable to sleep comfortably so we should make ourselves sleep in a suitable and good environment to get a fresh start for each day we live in our lives.

Take exercises and ignore alcohol

Modern research reveals that regular exercises lead to a good sleep while drinking alcohol and doing bad conducts effects upon our health especially sleep. We should take regular exercises and avoid alcohols to get good sleep.

Naps in afternoon are due to the decrease in our energy and not a sign of uncomfortable sleep. By following all of the steps described above. Now we know all about how to sleep better without making sleep longer to make our lives comfortable and relaxed. Just learning or knowing about something doesn’t assist us, we acquire to implement this advice in our practical life to aid from its spectacular benefits and have a comfortable life. Good sleep leads o good day which leads to making a man successful.

Most of us i think have only few hours sleep daily and this article will help a lot to have a good and sound sleep inspite of the limited time we have.

Its very important to consider the environment where you sleep to maximize your sleep even its limited one.

I myself is guilty of having bad sleep almost daily and i will try to do what i learned from this article. :)

Hello @lazariko12. Thats really well written and informative . I totally agree with you .. sleep is something thats been both ignored and over used these days. As people are getting more inclined towards the technology , their sleep cycle is getting affected . Me , being a college student myself , know the value of sleeping the perfect amount of time .and when I say the perfect amount , I mean just the right amount after which we don't feel tired and sleepy anymore . Sleeping plays an important role in determining a persons health and the immunological system of that person and shouldn't be ignored . Gotta eat well ,sleep well and live healthy .
