Tomatoes, Eggplants and Cucumber Fried Scrambled eggs

Hello to all the beloved Steemians, I’m very excited to participate again for the WEEK FOUR of the Six Week Health Challenge. I would like to personally thanks to the awesome @healthsquared and @sweetsssj for this meaningful challenge.

For today, I would like to introduce a new healthy recipe to you. It’s quite easy to cook this dish. Let’s get started now…

Ingredients:-

Two tomatoes
Two eggplants
One cucumber
Tofu puffs (Two pieces)
Two eggs

Seasonings:

Canola & sunflower oil (two tablespoon)
Ginger powder (one teaspoon)
Corn flour (one tablespoon)
Tomato sauce (three tablespoon)
Salt (adequate amount)
Sugar (adequate amount)
Water (50cc)
Nutmeg powder (a pinch)
Cinnamon powder (a pinch)

Cooking steps:

  1. Wash and rinse those vegetables and tofu puffs. Chop them into cubes.

  2. Crack the eggs into a small bowl, put in a pinch of salt and stir it equally.

  3. Heat a pan with canola & sunflower oil; put in a teaspoon of ginger powder and sauté it.

  4. Pour the eggs into the pan and fry, make it into scrambled eggs.

  5. Take out the eggs.
  6. Repeat step (3) again.

  7. Put all the vegetables and tofu puffs into the pan.

  8. Put in the scrambled eggs and mix the together.
  9. While keep frying it, add in the tomato sauce, water, salt, sugar and corn flour in sequence.
  10. After frying for 2 minutes, put on the lid and let it heat for another 3 minutes.
  11. Turn off the electric stove and pour the dishes into a plate/bowl.
  12. Sprinkle a pinch of nutmeg powder and cinnamon powder on it.

  13. Eat when it’s still hot.

Tomato, Terung dan Timun Goreng Telur Hancur

Salam kepada semua Steemians yang dikasihi, saya berasa amat teruja untuk mengambil bahagian sekali lagi dalam MINGGU ENAM Cabaran “Sixweekhealth”. Saya ingin berterima kasih secara peribadi kepada @healthsquared dan @sweetsssj di atas usaha mereka menganjurkan cabaran yang bermakna ini.

Untuk hari ini, saya ingin memperkenalkan resipi sihat yang baru kepada anda. Ia agak mudah untuk memasak hidangan ini. Mari kita bermula sekarang ...

Bahan-bahan: -

Tomato (2 biji)
Terung (2 biji/batang)
Timun (Sebatang)
Tauhu goreng (Dua keping)
Telur (2 biji)

Perasa:

Minyak Kanola & bunga matahari (dua sudu besar)
Serbuk halia (satu camca teh)
Tepung jagung (satu sudu besar)
Sos tomato (tiga sudu besar)
Garam (jumlah yang secukupnya)
Gula (jumlah yang secukupnya)
Air (50cc)
Serbuk pala (secubit)
Serbuk kayu manis (secubit)

Langkah-langkah memasak:

  1. Basuh dan bilas sayur-sayuran dan taufu goreng. Potong kuib.
  2. Ketuk telur ke dalam mangkuk kecil, masukkan secubit garam dan kacau dengan rata.
  3. Panaskan kuali dengan minyak kanola & bunga matahari; masukkan satu sudu teh serbuk halia dan tumiskannya.
  4. Tuangkan telur ke dalam kuali dan goreng, sambil tu menjadikannya telur hancur.
  5. Tuang keluar telur hancur.
  6. Ulangi langkah (3) sekali lagi.
  7. Taruh semua sayur-sayuran dan tofu goreng ke dalam kuali.
  8. Masukkan telur hancur dan gaulkan bersama-sama.
  9. Semasa sambil menggoreng, masukkan sos tomato, air, garam, gula dan tepung jagung dalam urutan.
  10. Selepas menggoreng selama 2 minit, letakkan penutup di atas kuali dan membiarkan ia memasak selama 3 minit lagi.
  11. Tutupkan dapur elektrik dan tuangkan lauk ke pinggan / mangkuk.
  12. Taburkan secubit serbuk pala dan kayu manis di atasnya.
  13. Makan semasa masih panas.

向所有心爱的斯丁密友人致以诚挚的问候,我很高兴再次参加六周健康挑战赛的第四周。在此,我想亲自感谢@healthsquared@sweetsssj联手举办这么有意义的挑战。

今天,我想向您介绍一个新的健康食谱。这道菜很容易做,让我们马上开始吧。。。

材料:

西红柿 (2粒)
茄子 (2粒/条)
黄瓜 (1条)
豆腐卜(2片)
鸡蛋 (2粒)

调味料:

菜籽和葵花籽油(两汤匙)
生姜粉(一茶匙)
玉米粉(一汤匙)
番茄酱(三汤匙)
盐(适量)
糖(适量)
水(50cc)
肉豆蔻粉(一捏)
肉桂粉(一捏)

做法:-

  1. 清洗和冲洗这些蔬菜和豆腐卜。把它们切成块状。
  2. 把鸡蛋打入一个小碗里,放入一撮盐,搅拌均匀。
  3. 用油菜和葵花籽油加热平底锅;放入一茶匙姜粉爆香。
  4. 把鸡蛋倒入平底锅中炒,做成炒蛋。
  5. 拿出鸡蛋。
  6. 重复步骤(3)。
  7. 把所有的蔬菜和豆腐卜放入锅里。
  8. 放入炒蛋,混合在一起。
  9. 在保持翻炒的同时,依次加入番茄酱、水、盐、糖和玉米粉。
  10. 翻炒2分钟后,盖上盖子,再加热3分钟。
  11. 关掉电炉,把菜肴倒入盘子里。
  12. 撒上少许肉豆蔻粉和肉桂粉。
  13. 趁热享用。
