Hello friends @sweetsssj and @healthsquared. Thank you for this initiative to make a delicious healthy dessert, I will teach you a very simple to make and delicious. Some of the benefits of default are: antioxidant, helps the immune system, source of healthy glucose, a source of protein, protects our brain and effective against irritation.

Delicate of Blackberry
Ingredient:
500 grams of blackberry
4 tablespoons cornstarch
8 tablespoons of sugar.
5 glasses of water

Preparation:

1.Blend the berries with water and sugar

  1. Strain the juice of the blackberry and separate a glass of juice to use it for the jam.

    3.The blackberry juice is liquefied with the 4 tablespoons of cornstarch.

  2. The mixture is cooked over a low heat and beat constantly until it boils and this mixture thickens.

  3. Wait for it to cool to take it to the fridge and leave it for 24 hours.

Preparation of the blackberry jam :

Boil the glass of blackberry juice with 2 tablespoons of sugar and a pinch of cornstarch and wait for it to thicken.

For decoration, use blackberries and mint leaves and blackberry jam.
