Week four of the six-week Health Challenge: auyama pudding
Good evening dear Steemit community, tonight I come to participate in a wonderful challenge sponsored by @sweetsssj and @healthsquared who motivate us to make healthy changes in our lives; In this week the challenge is to prepare a dessert that is healthy for health. I select the auyama pudding.
Healthy desserts are ideal for those who are taking care of their diet or have problems with sugar consumption; They also help prevent problems of obedience. To make matters worse, they are delicious.
Recipe:
- 1 / 2kg of auyama
- 4 tablespoons of milk
- 4 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons of stevia or any other sweetener
- Vanilla to taste
preparation:
First the boom is boiled; Then it is liquefied with the rest of the ingredients and placed in a saucepan to simmer, stirring constantly, when it boils it goes out. Additional is going to prepare a candy in a mold to which water and a teaspoon of sugar are added; when ready, pour the mixture there and let it cool. It is very easy to prepare and very rich.
The auyama is one of those vegetables that has to take advantage of the large amount of nutrients offered without getting to waste any. Its consumption is allowed in the diet because it is low in calories and mostly consists of water, fiber and vitamins. The auyama acts beneficially in the inflammation of the intestines and has therapeutic qualities, adding that it is a natural laxative that stimulates intestinal function.
